So how does the TN contingent on the rant see Jones' staff shaping up? Who will his coordinators be?

He says he wants to put together the best staff in America and he will have the funds to do it. Time will tell if he is able to do this however.

I thought that I read somewhere that Jones likes to run the 4-3. If so, how would my fellow Vols feel about reaching our to VanGorder?

he did say we would return to a 4-3 defense in the press confrence

Glas he decided to retain Jay Graham. Also I see us retrveing the DC from Cincinati. Jones seems to take a liking to him (John Jancek) he's been with him since his Central Mich days
