Just got around to watching the press conference. I've got to say that I wasn't too impressed at first. After watching the presser though, this is a guy Butch trusts completely and the guy knows football and can coach it and has done it a long time. I think Bajakian was growing as a coordinator even though some did not like him and will never forgive for the Florida game. DeBord seems like he'll be able to take what we have and do just fine. We shouldn't miss a beat and will probably have better play calling which is important in 2015.

While I don't think he was a home run hire by any means, but I don't think we ll take a step back by his hire.

We ll never have any way of knowing how the Oline effected Baja's play calling last year but I still think we will be better off in that dept this year

Even broadcast commentators were criticizing Bajakian's play calling. Oklahoma and Florida's defense pretty much ran the same play over and over on UT's predictable offense.

Jury is out on DeBord but no way offense takes a step back. Michigan averaged like 11 wins a season when he called the plays.

DeBord will not matter in the big picture, this is Butch team and offense, and He alone will bear the responsability for its success or failure.

I think our team will succeed!
