I have finally come to terms that Tennessee will be a middle of the pack to bottom feeder level program every year until there is a change in leadership. Or we hit the lotto with some roll of the dice coaching hire.

Not many coaches will go 0-8 in the SEC East. You gotta get the hire right, but even a so-so hire doesn't mean bottom feeder status.
