Silverfield appears to just have Golesh's number. Not only is Arkansas beating them, but they can't move the damn ball at all.

Silverfield is 5-0 against Golesh.

Golesh is a terrible head coach. He's going to fail spectacularly at Auburn. I have no clue how they beat Georgia, that's truly a head scratcher. Golesh doesn't have what it takes to succeed in the SEC. He got lucky because he had a QB that was able to beat up on the competition at USF and he parlayed that into the Auburn job after not being that good during his tenure at USF. Was a stupid hire that'll set them even further back, if that's even possible at this point.

Auburn would've been better keeping Freeze. IIRC, they lost a bunch of close games last year.

The dude took usf to a pretty good record. I wouldn't say he's a terrible coach by any means, it's literally his first year

He went 7-6 his first 2 years, then had a decent year last year at 9-3. I think that had more to do with his QB than anything he did as a coach. I don't see a guy with that record at USF doing well in the SEC. Also, just listening to him talk makes me think he won't do well in the SEC.

That said, I think they might come back and win today. Would be an embarrassing loss if not.
