You assume incorrectly. AM has oil money and is desperate. UGA has plenty of money but not the right pitch. It’s between AM and UT at this point.

You sort of missed the point, but that's okay.

You're operating under the basis that these programs do have unlimited money so there really isn't a point to explain anything further.

Are you under the impression that the NIL money comes from the schools?

No, hence why I used the word "programs". The big dollar deals are heavily collaborated on between individuals/companies with the cash and the program itself.

Then why would a "program" with access to billion dollar companies have limited resources like you said in your first response?

How much of a budget do you think even billion dollar companies have to give for college football players?

Enough to outbid UT

In all of your time spent responding to me you could have just explained you original post.

So now the goalpost moves so you can still claim to be correct

Yeah I'm pretty much done responding at this point. If you want to establish this pie in the sky unlimited money narrative so you can cope with losing out on recruits that's your business, bud. UGA recruits very, very well. You don't have to hoard all the toys like a toddler.

Moved the goal posts? I've said from the beginning that the NIL money from companies won't be an issue.

You're the one who made a dumb statement and when confronted about it just say I missed the point and yet you can't actually expand on your point.

Youve said its unlimited, that it is limited but other teams have "more than UT", now it "wont be an issue". So its not an issue for "companies", which ones? The companies that back UT are the only ones who will have issues? I'm glad you're so connected to all of these programs that you know how the inner workings of their NIL setups work. Especially since we've been doing this NIL thing for SO long, theres no way it changes at all over time for different programs

No, I've said it won't be an issue for AM and UGA. I never said it would be an issue for UT. You only assumed that.

I'm just saying no matter how much UT throws at him, AM and UGA could match if they wanted to. Especially AM, they have over a billion in donation saved up. That tells me they have a fan base that's got money and willing to spend it. You're saying that he would get a bigger piece of the pie at UT. He could get the same offer from an AM or UGA if they wanted to match it.

I would say not being able to outbid other schools is an issue but ok

That's not how I see it but that's fair.

Are you going to answer the question about him being able to get a bigger piece of the pie at UT vs AM/UGA?

By % I don't see how he wouldn't get a bigger piece at UT since he is THE guy in this class for them if he commits. I think its possible they could match it, I don't think its a foregone conclusion though. Anyone who claims they know the NIL structure at every school in the SEC is talking out of their arse.
