Please explain.

The only coach we have that could be considered remotely high drama is Trooper. Chizik is about as low drama as they come, as well as pretty much everyone else on the staff.

Well, there it is. Trooper is the only NCAA coach in the world with unfettered access to RF since his son goes to high school with him. My guess is that Trooper just hangs out at the school, pumping RF full of his usual BS. This was a done deal when he transferred to Auburn, he just didn't know it yet.

I want RF in Crimson but if his heart isnt with BAMA, I hope he has a successful career elsewhere. To go to BAMA and compete for a starting job you have to completely sell out for Saban. It is a very tough mental task that not many people are willing to accept. He obviously has the physical skills to excel wherever he goes but playing for Saban is as much mental as it is physical.

Someone will be getting a great player on NSD. I wish the kid the best, no matter who he signs with.

He will have a nice career, but at this point he is not worth the drama. Saban has done an awesome job of putting together an elite roster of guys who are little to no drama and want to wear crimson. Just by the nature of auburn's coaches his personality id probably a better fit in auburn.

Thats cool Im glad youre enjoying it. I really wish Foster the best of luck but if he's not 100% committed to BAMA like he says he's been, he should go where he feels most comfortable and move on. Not sure how closely you follow BAMA recruiting but Saban tells every single recruit to NOT commit to BAMA unless you are 100% solid. If Foster isnt 100% he should open up his recruitment.

Bama message boards are finally starting to get cranked up. The way this morning started out, I was thinking I wasn't gonna get to laugh at meltdowns. Slowly but surely, some awesome posts are starting to make their way out there.

That doesn't sound like matching personalities (certainly not with teh program as a whole) but rather recruiting.

we are all very aware of saban's one way street, and how when something goes awry you guys point to this as the kid being mentally weak.

It is all good. Cyrus was not dramatic. His recruitment was dramatc for fans, but besides being confused on signing day he did nothing to create drama. The same is true of TJ and Brent. Foster is a great talent, but you are kidding yourself if you think personality is important to a football team and that his does not fit better at auburn.

Saban tells recruits over and over not to commit until they are 100% solid. Saban also encourages recruits to look at other schools if theyre not 100%. Im not worried about this too much. If Foster is having 2nd thoughts he should open his recruiting back up and go where he feels most comfortable. Im not flaming RF or AU or anyone. I had to make the tough decision of where I wanted to go to college once and Im glad I took my time and made the right choice.

I saw an AU fan post on another board that Georgia's Rivals writers are saying RF is going to commit to AU. Can any Georgia Rivals members confirm?

Dasher said he is hearing it is just a de-commitment from Bama...they are not 100% sure but that's what they are hearing and saying
