Javonte Magee comitted to Baylor today. Cross him off the list.

Baylor might get their best class ever.
Amazing how many guys want to play for 5th in the Big 12.

Magee's coach played for Baylor in the Grant Teaff days and supposedly was steering him the whole time. I doubt he was ever headed anywhere else.

Will Hines (Mizzou recruit) is in Fayetteville this weekend. The twitter stalkers (NO, NOT ME) posted this from his Twitter about Fayetteville:
He seems to like Fayetteville so far....

Seem like he's just waiting on an offer from arky, mizzou is a fallback plan. When Odom left for Memphis i figured we wouldn't keep Hines.

I didn't know we hadn't offered. This weekend is pretty good, but the big weekend for us Star-wise is next weekend.
I don't know much about Hines except that he is a Mizzou/Ark guy depending on which way he falls.
LSU is in town for a basketball game at Bud Walton tomorrow and I can attest that Dickson Street was in fine form, with hippies, metro money, Blue Man Group at the Walton Arts Center, and lots of hotties in warm clothes.

He may have an offer, I'm really not sure. If arky really wants him I think he'll go there.

Was that suppose to be the pic of Will Hines in a hog jersey?

Is there a better Mizzou board than Tigerboard?
Posted on 1/15/12 at 10:18 pm to wmr
Maybe power mizzou or mizzous scout.com site if u have a rivals or scout account. Yes I know tigerboards format is awful.

Donald Hopkins commits to Houston. I don't think he wanted any part of the SEC.

Sounds like you guys are losing a lot of commits.

I think once they are in the SEC they will recruit a million times better.
Think about all the kids from La, Ala, Ga, and Fla that are dying to play in the SEC but get passed up by there home school every year because they do not have enough room.
aTm came into La this year and took some players(Good Players) that LSU passed up on and I think that trend will continue from here on out. Mizzou can start doing the same thing.

We are losing a lot of commits because the players are concerned about playing far away and not having as many Texas games. Its a transition year for us but now we have to shift gears and convince them as an SEC School. Recruiting will get much better once we have a full year to recruit as an SEC school.

We had a similar problem 20 years ago.
