Lots of Smoke Mullen didn’t take the commitment. Sounds like Robinson our rookie LB coach might have taken it and failed to communicate to the kid that the Head guy isn’t ready. Not sure what’s going on here.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about the last thing I’m doing is sweating a 3 star LB nobody else really wanted. Recruiting is what it is. There’s not a damn thing I can do about it.

Anyone who looks at our recruiting and isn’t a little worried is just an optimist, and will join the club soon enough. We don’t lead for very many blue chip guys, and when this class ends worse than any of Macs classes everyone will understand. Mullen had Sieder last year to help him close on signing day, he has no such luxury this year and it shows. Not a damn thing I can do about it but I’m certainly not going to pretend like everything is okay.

It's okay for other people to be ignorant about Gators recruiting, but it's almost like guys like you and TJ just have no desire to actually know anything about anyone.
He's an up-and-comer who was pledged to MIAMI and just received an offer from Nebraska in May. That's not exactly "nobody".

I forgot the 3 stars that commit to us are better than the average 3 star my bad. These .86 ranked guys are just as good as the blue chippers Georgia is reeling in. Our coaches are just that much better at scouting. Do you honestly believe this is the case?

I'm very well aware of our commits. Did you know that 7 of our commits, well over half our class is ranked in the 400s? Or that only 6 of our commits have offers from elite P5 schools. Here we go again with the they're better than their rankings that you used with Mac. It's got to be tiring spinning so much.

State warned you about Mullen on the recruiting trail. As a coach in MS.. it’s true. The good news is all he really needs is a mobile QB to run his offense. Just don’t expect him to light it up on the recruiting trail. Especially with the competition he has in Florida now.
