Could North Dakota become a recruiting hotbed?

With all the baws headed up there to work the oil fields there's gotta be some kids dropping around those parts.

Could those Delta, deep South and Texas genetics paired with husky western plains and tall Nordic broads develop into some blue-chippers?

All those baws were headed back down here like 15 months ago my man. Also most of them don't move their families. Also North Dakota high school football is atrocious

It just doesn't have the raw population required to become a recruiting hotbed.
