There isn’t a service out there that will ever be able to “accurately” rate them the goal for each is to just make the best educated guess as possible. While I do agree 247 is the most reliable of the bunch. The composite is the best to go by because it has more opinions and takes into account all the services to together and more opinions and the rankings change regularly somebody might be #1 at there position now and end up outside the top 10 in a few months it happens every year.

Just remember the composite includes ESPN, who have maybe 10 recruiting analysts on staff and only rate by who goes to their all star games, and Rivals, who only rate kids that go to their camps and were finalized by this incident last year.
The composite will likely be going away sooner rather than later. It really is an outdated metric given the incompetence of 2/3rds of its formula.
