2016 DE prospect Cecil Stallings has committed to USC today. Anywhere from 6-3, 240 (scout.com), 6-4, 250 (Rivals), to 6-5, 253 (247Sports), he's from Tucker High in Atlanta (although some sites have him at Chamblee HS out of Chamblee, GA) and was recruited by Coach Lorenzo Ward.
