The real answer is that we do not compete well for recruits when we are up against Texas, Oklahoma, LSU, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. For various reasons, kids will normally choose one of those schools before deciding to come to Arkansas. We are therefore usually left to compete for who is left with the rest of the colleges across the country.
A better question would be; How in the wide world of sports does a football program like Arkansas step up and give the Gators all they wanted and them some? With all the attractions Florida can offer recruits, and the incredible disparity of recruiting classes between the two schools in recent years, there is no excuse for little old Arkansas competing with the mighty Gators is there? You think there just might be a possibility that YOUR program sucks?
How about this question. Are the majority of Gator fans pricks, or did someone send out a memo to post on TD?
