Can you name the conference that won more NC or bowl games than the SEC since 1945?

The unoffcial number of NC to beat since 1945 is: TWENTY TWO - 22 by seven different teams.

Bama - 8
Auburn - 2
Florida - 3
Georgia - 1
LSU - 3
Ole Miss - 2
Tennessee - 3

The unofficail number for the time frame 1945 to 2000 is just 16 from the same 7 teams.

Again please post the conference that has won more NC than the SEC in either one of the timeframes and we can then move on to part B of the claim...bowl games.
