This is not "pay for play"!

It is in all but name.

All a booster has to do is promise if you come to Alabama you will be given endorsement deals in the sum of "$$$".

You can also become the school where players magically get gets more endorsements for more money.

Beyond that, I really don't know what the frick you think you are talking about. It's going to be pure straight cash and the idea you need a federal law for something that is already legal makes me wonder if you know what the frick you are talking about.

GTFO Thug U. Like your murderers didn’t get paid. Seriously the FU vs War Liger game this weekend should be renamed Delusional Bowl

This bill opens the door for athletes to get paid by outside vendors for their likeness, endorsements, autograph sessions, etc.

Yeah, there's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY A SCHOOL WOULD USE A BOOSTER TO FILTER MONEY TO STUDENT ATHLETES LIKE THIS.

There's also NO WAY THAT CRIMINAL ELEMENTS WOULDN'T USE THESE SITUATIONS TO PAY ATHLETES TO DO WHAT THEY WANT lol. (Like not covering the spread, as an example.)

Removing the amateur status just makes NCAA a mini-NFL and is going to frick over college football.
