I don't doubt that may people on these boards have people around the program that give good nuggets. However, many are just repeating what they read on a rivals board or twitter.
My point is not that people don't have connections. My point is 99.9% of the people on TD do not have access to a meeting between the president and board. Let's be honest.....that is foolish.
Examples:
Simms looked better than AJ in closed scrimmage. Probably factual.
I know an important person at Auburn who is pooping their pants because the FBI has been lurking around campus and will be asking for bank statements today at 3 PM. Probably false

Another janitor reference. How exactly does one become a janitor, since I'm sure you know? Is it something that one sets out and aspires to do, or do you just fall back into it?

I always find it somewhat funny when people go crazy about players who get out of GA. Many times they are closer to other colleges. Sometimes their families are not even from GA (Atlanta is a transit city so many grew up other fans) Sometimes that position is just not a need.
Also, should they not recruit the out-of-state players to have a better chance. Would they be better off without Matthew Stafford, Knowshon Moreno, AJ Green, Aaron Murray, Orson Charles to just name a few? You can't sign them all. As a result, you have to go after needs first.
