No it isn't.
Methinks there are teams in the SEC that have historically recruited better than AU that have had less success than Auburn.

Scout rankings (6, 18, 16)
2007 class had about 10 players that didn't enroll. Including four of their 12 4* players.
If you look at top 100 players signed since 2007
Auburn - Rivals = 4 Scout = 4
Alabama - Rivals = 15 Scout = 10
LSU - Rivals = 17 Scout = 17
Florida - Rivals = 22 Scout = 22
Georgia - Rivals = 14 Scout = 12

I did say "one of the best".
Lindy's ranked Auburn's OL at #5 in the Nation last year.
