Would love to see some old posts from folks about the FSU QB that got dismissed for hitting the girl........bet you those would be "gold" right about now.
Always amazes me how peoples ethics sometimes change based on the color of the uniform a kid wears. I'll just about guarantee their weren't any posts in defense of the FSU player from the MSU folks.

You should never ever speak ill of someone's deceased relatives, but if he gets that upset over it he wouldn't make it very far in this league. Other players are going to talk like that to him and a lot worse.
Is there ever a good reason for a man to raise his hand towards a woman? Not unless you are protecting life and property like with anything else in my opinion.
This woman was defenseless, on the ground and he punched her about ten times from my count. Unexcusable and it is cowardly in my opinion. Even an attempt to defend it is disgusting and the ravings of lunatic fans who care more about their teams ability to perform than about morality in action. Those of you who are doing so should be ashamed of yourselves and your fellow fans should be calling you out on it.
Felony assault. First offense with no prior in Mississippi. He will get 6 to 9 months prison probably.
