UT fans, need some help

We just decided to make the trip to Knoxville this weekend for the game. Any suggestions of places that may still have rooms available near the campus or at least not to far away? Thanks!

you can probably get a room within walking distance of the stadium if you're willing to spend 400 dollars a night.
if not check north and west knoxville hotels. Cedar Bluff has a number of hotels, but you'll have to drive.

if you don't already have a room, you're gonna have to stay 20+ miles away unless you pay big $ to stay downtown. and even then, they might be booked.

get a room at west knoxville around West Town mall/Cedar Bluff area. it's only 10 miles west from UT campus.
I don't recommend north knoxville or east knoxville.

I'm sure they have rooms left in the back of "The Carousel". It's right by the stadium.

You might not want to wait, but I have found that a lot of the good places open up 2 days before when people have cancelled to avoid penalty.
You might see if one of the places they suggested has a cancellation policy and use that as a backup and then try to get closer as other hotels have cancellations.
