college football. At least that's what the announcers think. Is this correct?

yes, his 10.00 100m time in college is the fastest ever for a guy who also played football.

a ton of the really fast ones.

Demps, Rainey, Jacoby ford, CJ SPiller, Jahvid Best, Heyward-Bey, Eddie Kennison, Leonard Scott, willie gault, Bo Jackson, Herschel Walker, etc.

uh....no.....Jacoby Ford won with a 6.52 and Trindon Holiday ran 6.55 for second on May 17, 2009

did you not see the 100m part of my post? the 100m is usually used b/c it's run in both the indoor and outdoor seasons, and gives a greater sample size. It's also the race used for the title of the "Fastest Man in the World" and the premier sprint event in track and field.

but Ford is #2 in the 100m among football players. dude can fly.
