I've never had a problem with going to games in Tuscaloosa. I've even sat in the student section wearing Auburn colors at an Auburn/Alabama game that didn't go well for the home team and still had no problems. They do have some internet assholes and the mullet nation segment of their fanbase can be really annoying but for the most part they are alright.
