It happened in December, true, but Tobais wasn't CHARGED with the crime until last night, which is why it broke today.
So for MedDawg to legitimately suggest that Mullen pulled Tobias' schooly because of these charges, even though the charges didn't come about until YESTERDAY is beyond dumb.

ETA: Actually...you're just making shite up. No where in the article does it mention the police record stating that any officer saw anything on the girls face.

I'm not saying anything did or didn't happen, but if the woman was visibly battered, they'd have taken photos which would have assuredly leaked by now. And a woman doesn't have to show signs of having been battered to file charges.

But what you're totally discounting is that her face could be totally fine. If she calls the cops and says "he assaulted me" he's gonna get arrested. Once again, I have no idea of how true any of this is, but for you to treat it as a foregone conclusion because of some hypothetical marks on someones face as hypothetically seen by a police officer is sTuPiD shite.
