This is like my plan except everybody has 1 perm in each group. So, each year you play the other 3 you're grouped with, your 3 perms from the other groups, & then the other 3 in the paired group for that year.
Ex.:
1 - AB winner vrs. CD winner
2 - AC winner vrs. BD winner
3 - AD winner vrs. BC winner
Ex.:
1 - AB winner vrs. CD winner
2 - AC winner vrs. BD winner
3 - AD winner vrs. BC winner
