It's JMO, but I find that men that much older that date girls young enough to be their daughters have either insecurity or control issues. Younger girls are easier to control and some men need to boost their egos.

I think most men like to look at 21 year olds, regardless of age. It's just the creepy people who act on it, or make it obvious they are looking.

It sucks no doubt about it. It looked like everything was going great and then this.
I think we can remain or improve from where we are with another coach (if it's a good hire)
We are finally spending the big bucks to be a program and we will find a great coach if we put the same money up.
