According to ESPN and the rest of the world too
LSU - Mettenberger - 68.2% comp, 15 TD, 2 INT, 190.1 QBR
A&M - Manziel - 71.4% comp, 14 TD, 4 INT, 188.1 QBR
UGA - Murray - 64.9% comp, 14 TD, 3 INT, 176.9 QBR
USC - Shaw - 68.8% comp, 7 TD, 0 INT, 173.9 QBR.
Shaw started the season in 4th, and the players in the top 3 have shuffled, but it's good to see he's consistent. Also, looks like Shaw has the best TD to INT ratio.
Mettenberger's stock has risen the most.

Mettenberger would probably receive a most improved award if there was one
