Honestly, it should be. Anyone who says it wasn’t targeting is lying to save face. Everyone that watched it, including the refs, know it was targeting. The question is why did they say it wasn’t.

Honestly if they would have called it on the Az state safety the drive or two before I would have been cool with them calling it on Texas. Feel like people watching didn't deserve the refs deciding it. Neither was that egregious IMO.
