I'm sure he is, since you've got all the previous knowledge to gauge his gametime consistency. One game worth of punting, and you're already making comparison statements about him being as good.. Premature and fricking homerish if you ask me.
12 punts.....43.7yd avg.......long of 58
We are fine in the punting game. The difference between LSU and most other teams is we actually are two deep through special teams as well. It's always next man up.

What's wrong? You don't know your own roster?

No I know it and Swope was our #1 WR. Evans is a beast and had more yards but he wouldn't have near the production without Swope on the field. Also in the clutch I would take Swope any day.

The a&m stat sheet I saw had evans with twenty more receptions than #2 and a bunch more yards.
It really doesn't change the fact some aggie fan, fans were dogging LSU about all the expected freshmen on the '13 two deep. Yet when you check out the aggies their great "O" of '12 had a bunch of their own with lil johnny and evans being two of their best.
Now as for the LSU '13 two deep having a bunch of freshmen listed I would be very suprised if it's more than 5-6.

Al1 but minter were projected to leave before the season. you forget those guys played as rsfr and won us a an sec title as sophomore. They have been here for 4 years minus, ware, simon, wing.
While it's a lot, the over all number of players leaving/graduating isnt alarming.
We will always be competitive. contrary to popular belief, we actually do have good coaching. With another class coming in that will rival the class leaving LSU will be good.
Played 15 freshmen last year from one of les' lowest ranked classes. Still beat the aggies and their heisman qb.
