The 85 bears defense, although regarded as the best defense ever, couldn’t stop the quick pass as they only had 3 dbs and 4 run stopping LB’s. Today’s offenses would shred that defense just like Miami did

I’ve seen this before. Bama is young or injury bug hits. Would probably help if LSU played them in early OCT or something. But by Nov Saban always has them ready

Disregarding the rest of your nonsense about the LSU offense and selective memory over how Saban's defenses have fared with dynamic offenses that feature a balanced run/throw threat, accurate passer, and big, talented WRs... you're statement is contradictory.

If Team A is "down" and other teams are relatively unchanged, then other teams have automatically improved comparatively to Team A.
