It's interesting to me that he lists 11 assistants and 2 coordinators (13 coaches) that are black, but literally qualifies his entire argument with the word "primary."

As if Nick Saban, of all people, would totally disregard an offensive or defensive coordinator's ability to win football games based solely on their physical appearance.

I mean, has he seen Pete Golding and Kirby Smart's hair? Germy Proot in general? Who the frick cares what these people look like?
