You will need the memory of an elephant to keep alive the golden era of Tennessee football in your mind because your Vols are behind USC, Georgia, and Florida in the SEC East.

With Bama as your permanent opponent, the Crimson Tide will keep trouncing you as long as Saban is at Bama.

Bama won't have to trounce LSU or TAM because they have Tennessee as the permanent opponent while LSU has Florida, and TAM has USC.

But you don't see any imbalance in favor of Bama; do you?

It would have been nice if the Coaches voted for a 6-1-2...and Slive insisted on 1 major conference OOC for everyone. Would have solved a lot of issues.

Agreed on the one major OOC conference game but with schedules being done in advance you almost have to go by conference.

Where were you when UT beat Bama 7 years in a row from 1995-2001?

I think it a mistake tying ourselves to B12 in any way...I really think that ship is going to sink. An ACC deal would be so easy to work out. There's already 3 tie-ins. Get a rotation for other 9 (ND has to come aboard). At some point the ACC should pick up a 14th to fill it out.

I wanna know if UF and the rest of the east was raising all hell about UT getting to play easy arse Bama every year.

Hell UT's win streak over Bama then was longer than Bama's current one over UT.

Actually, Alliance OH.

Where were you when Florida beat LSU 9 times in 10 years from 1992 to 2001?

What is your point?

My point is no one ever bitches except when Bama's on top. Bama's up and UT's down right now. That's no reason to end what is historically the most significant rivalry in SEC history.

Stop bitching.

You should take your own advice. Threaded started by USCe fan. Some fans actually like the Florida game. Ain't that interesting.

Here's a nifty little trick that will help you understand this message board. You can look at a person's post and see exactly who they're responding to.
