Florida's numbers are skewed due to the amt of high income transients that take up domicile as a tax shelter.
Also Arkansas residents have a high propensity to not disclose cash transactions and operate negative cash flow LLC's with lots of deductible expenses. Plus there are a ton of lazy uneducated poor fricks in our state, and the amount of Wal-Mart's doesn't help our wage earners at all.

That was me.. I was definitely cheering loudly. It's cool man.. I got hit with a lot of beverage bottles that game.
