I wonder if the rule gets changed in the NFL where there is no extra point, what would happen if a team scores a touchdown, elects to go for two, has a holding penalty, then decides they don't want to go for two. Do they have to go for two or can they then be allowed to kick an extra point?

I would do away with the extra point kick - too automatic. Start one-point tries on the 2 and 2-point tries on the 4.
