I remember calling on Jordan hare in 2004 and the auburn radio announcers were talking about the Ryder cup. Um, lsu had an alum David toms playing , but auburn had nobody playing . Guess the auburn radio people were rooting for lsu to do good in the Ryder cup? If it would have been only miss radio announcers they would have said hope the Europeans win because there is an lsu player there

Europeans (Especially Brits) love to bring up their dominance concerning the Ryder Cup. They have got to feel some pride about being dominant in one sport.

Think about it. Sports that were first played in Britian/UK- Football (Soccer) Tennis, Rugby, Golf and Crikett are dominated by other countries. Soccer-Brazil & Italy, Tennis- the rest of the world, Rugby-Austrailia, New Zealand, Crikett-India and Pakistan.

They at least have the Ryder Cup!
