Bama played just as bad of a game as LSU, and still won in LSU's house

it was actually close despite Lee throwing pick 6's

Last I checked this was ranking the best SEC team and QB's are apart of overall team play. Maybe y'all can discount pick 6's when justifying a loss, but not when judging overall an overall team.

I did watch the game and yes it was closer than the score, but y'all couldn't stop UGA. Whenever y'all needed a stop UGA got a big play; AJ Green long reception, Moreno long TD run.

There's no doubt in my mind UGA is better than LSU. If you wanna base that on QB play then that makes the argument for you.

IF's never won a football game, but they sure as hell lost a lot.

Instead of debating he comes back with emoticons.

Debate over.

You're just unhappy that your program is beginning to slide and Bama's is starting to rise.

You are really making our argument for us.

Instead of backing your point you rely on emoticons and personal attacks.

Like I said. Debate over. LSU is a mediocre, mid-level SEC team.

i don't think you can really call this season a slide. again if everything had gone as planned RP would still be on the team and there is a very strong possibility that LSU would be sitting with one loss and a shot at another BCSCG game right now. how would bama have fared this year if JPW blew out his ACL before the first game?

mid-level? it was apparent from the bama-lsu game that LSU is superior in nearly all phases of the game. if lsu is mediocre, what does that make bama? slightly better than mediocre?

well, i'm trying to look at it objectively. And I can see that both teams played sloppy. 3 of Lee's picks were directly related to Bama's D rushing the QB and having their DBs and LBs in the right spot. Its easy to blame JL, but alot of his mistakes were forced. Trust me, I've been watching JPW for 3 seasons now, so I know a little something about QB errors.

I dont agree with the mid-level statement, LSU is still a very talented team with only 3 losses (all to top 10 teams). I just dont see how anyone would objectively say this year's LSU team would win a majority of games against this year's bama team.

They were slightly better than mediocre on that Saturday. Because of Tiger Stadium. Because of the situation surrounding the game. Because they played a bad game.

Unlike you I'm not judging the whole body of work on one game.

This Bama team finds a way to win. Which is something LSU couldn't do in every game last year.

oh please. 07 LSU would smash 08 bama. bama has benefitted from the west being down this year. if you win out up to the SECCG you'll have beaten the worst arky team in recent memory, the worst tenn team in recent memory, the worst AU team in recent memory, and the worst lsu team in recent memory. even state and UK are worse this year than they were last. if you make it past UF then maybe i'd consider the possibility of this bama team being on the same level
