It looked like he took the knee a split second before the lineman hit him. A bang bang play that I could see going either way. Unfortunately, in todays game if you hit the QB, they are most likely going to throw a flag and you might miss the next half like the CSU LB did late last night hitting Shadeur Sanders. It’s really not worth taking that shot.
Question? Shouldn’t it be Tenn ball with 4 seconds left? The play was over. Tenn ball and then 15 yard penalty. Did they just end the game? I can’t remember now??

Yes, but the personal foul would have given Florida 1st down.

Nah it happened before he was able to take his knee. Honestly the guy didn't even really lay it on him as it looked like he let up last second but since he was a wide arse dude he bumped Mertz to the ground. Wasn't a big deal at all IMO.

The refs hosed us completely. shite was rigged. They wre determined to stop our comeback attempt the entire second half.

Poor coaching was a bigger factor than the refs
Most people had Florida only winning 5-6 games this year and especially losing like they did to Utah

Yes there was very poor coaching going on indeed.
Milton should have been benched in the second quarter of the Austin Peay game so Nico would have been ready.
