It was a catch by Williams. At the very least, dual possession at the time his foot hit the ground, which gives possession to the offense. No idea how they awarded that ball to LSU... and at home.
Best believe I gave the SEC office a visit the following Monday.

Never happened. Ball was ripped away after possession was established by Williams and he was considered down. That's why I say at the very least, it's dual possession. Should have been Bama ball at the 1.
