They stress the fact that SOS is very important and that they compare resumes religiously. And that non conference games are important and it doesn't matter if they have one or 2 losses etc. What a bunch of crap. Bama and Clemson have jokes for schedules, but they are almost guaranteed to get in.

On this we can agree...tOSU would also get a pass if there is any justifiable reason to give them a pass. IMO the Pac-12 should assume they'll get a pass if they need it this season.

If your program would beat these schools, maybe they would get in too. Until then, stop fricking crying about it.

Bama is in the SEC West, and played a major P5 school OOC. Bama and LSU schedules are not that different.

Yes. If Bama ends up undefeated, they will have beaten enough good teams to get into the CFP

How exactly does Bama have a joke for a schedule other than the fact that they don’t have to play Bama?

Explain to me why Miami is better than Louisville. Better yet explain why they would've been predicted to be better when it was scheduled several years ago

Bama will get in until they lose 3 or more games and/or Saban leaves. More weight needs to be placed on conference championship wins. It won't happen, though.

Exactly. Bama has went to two title games lately without even playing conference championship games

I never understood how fans from teams we play cry about our schedule. I mean Bama plays in the division that has 4 other ranked teams in it. That means by the end of the year, Bama will have a top 15 schedule if everybody is as good as we think. Tee off on Clemson all you want, but if you say Bama's schedules sucks then you are really attacking Bama's opponents of which LSU is one.

Why does everyone not complain about Oklahoma’s shitty schedule?

At the end of the season bama will have played a schedule equal to or similar to LSU's schedule.

The glory difference will be the uga game vs TSIO. Of course, if bama holds serve they will get to play uga as well.

Only twice has bama really benefitted form a ridiculous opportunity. 2011 and 2017 in both of those seasons what happened on the field and the accomplishments of the teams should have weighed more than the "eye test" which is code for what in the best interest financially of the CFP (formally BCS).

It's not Bama's fault, but they have an easier schedule this season than most if the other top SEC teams. To suggest otherwise is just not accepting reality.
