Because Mississippi makes the south look bad, real fricking bad. You really cannot compare the two states. Yeah, LA has some pretty rough spots but they don't even come close to MS. It's nothing personal, just a fact

After Katrina Mississippi made the south look a hell of alot better than Louisiana.

brb, gotta go lynch me some towel heads and squinty eyes. Louisiana doesn't recognize them as human bein's yet. We gotta lot a catchin up to do. Maybe if David Duke ran for Governor of Mississippi(while receiving ~30% of the votes, I might add), just maybe we can be a great as Louisiana.
