I think it's a great hire. He's a great offensive mind QB whisperer & recruiter who's turned players like Jonathan Crumpton & Blake Sims into respectable qb's for college.If he hires a good DC their going to have some seasons that go their way as long as he makes a long term commitment & not jump ship after success. They've got some really good pieces on offense coming back. They won't be an easy out on future Saturday's & trust me Sabin & Coach O know that with him.
