Ha! Yeah that was a rough one here also. I made it through. The wife was so amped she drank so much beer she passed out in the 3rd qtr. I could not get her up until OT. Sunday was ugly.

Good. Mom rarely disappoints.
RTRS, I saved you some.
Eta: roux is 1 cup white flour, 1 cup oil. Brown it and add veggies and browned meat. After onions and stuff wilt, add water. Roux is the base for gumbo, stew, and étouffée. It thickens the gravy.
