I dunno - fried chicken, pork chops, biscuits, corn bread, black-eyed peas, skillet corn, greens, basic staples of southern food I guess

That is exactly like here...chattaboogie. We don't have catfish that I trust. Too many fools pulling them out of the polluted TN river.

Top of the River in Gadsden is probably one of the best around here. Theres a place in Nashville (Springville actually) that has great catfish. I can't remember the name but everyone in nashville knows it if ask for catfish.

Lambert's in Foley, AL (home of the throwed rolls) is probably the best in Alabama though.
