And therin lies the problem. The riff raff isn't going to stay off campus, they're just going to relocate. Take the 5,000 or however many people who tailage on NC and disperse them all over campus, now what's gonna happen with the riff raff is in Mr. Wine and Cheese's lot on South Campus stumblin' and puking? The problem isn't going to go away it's just going to move.

stupid barner. open containers arent legally allowed anywhere in this state. the cops just have bigger things to worry about. NOLA and Vegas are the only places ive heard of being able to do that
