Neyland is the only football stadium in America(the world?) that is accessible by BOAT.

Maybe that wouldn't be an issue if you guys could beat us there at least once every generation.

Haters will be haters. The fact is Neyland is special, one of a kind place. It holds a special place in my heart and in the heart of all things orange. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

I didn't say it was the only one on a river, i said it was the only one accessible by boat. I know i remember reading it somewhere..

RETRACTION: You're right. I saw that statement on Wikipedia and it has since been amended to point out that Husky Stadium is also known for that practice.
Whatever.

It gave me a lot of joy to take part in beating that BA arse a couple years ago. (Ravenwood

Yeah after 30 years we were due to lose to a Williamson County public school. We've been down since 07 though, but still congrats. My college will beat your college this fall so we'll be even then

It's hard to stay "electric" after watching a decade of top ten talent produce peach bowl after peach bowl, ultimitly culminating in an asinine lose to Wy-freaking-omying.

Sporting News also rated Neyland #1.
read my link. I believe they had us 1. I've been to both plenty of times. Neyland is a lot more tame.

SN poll i referenced was in 2001. Yours was likely a more recent redo of the poll. Like I said, it changes.

Yea just kidding man, I actually grew up going to BA games and go to church with Carlton Flatt. Whenever you guys played/play MBA I am your biggest fan. I hate those frickers.
But that game was one of the most exciting moments of my life. I have never exerted so much heart, soul and energy into one event as I did that night. Definitly partied way too hard that week-end.
And nah, Tennessee will beat the shite out of Vandy.

Now, yes. But there was nothing tame about it when we were competing for NCs in the late 90s. It all is linked to how your team is playing. I can only imagine the somber setting that was Tiger Stadium in the 90s.
