Bama has a lot of athletes in a lot of programs that produce some all americans in their sport. It could be said this speaks to the weakness of Bama academics and the steering of athletes towards crip courses that produce these results. Bammers of course are not bright enough to figure out this out, so they brag about it.
We aren't talking about athletes. These are brainy kids that USA Today picks if I'm not mistaken.

One could argue that because Auburn football plays such an integral role in student life at Auburn; that this billboard was aimed towards sponsoring attendance at Auburn for football fans.
Oh stop it. We all know what this billboard is for and we all know why it was put in Mobile.

Er, I don't think my theory is any less valid than anyone else's.
Seriously though; this is a non-issue and doesn't reflect poorly on Auburn at all. The only people that think it does are nitpicking; and they've pretty much admitted as such.

Hey billyberru; how about you stop fronting as an LSU fan and stop stalking the board for anything that negatively relates to Auburn.
And while you're at it; why don't you go strangle yourself with your disemboweled intestines. Thanks.

It's actually a good idea I think.

If it were in Opelika, Auburn, or anywhere else in Lee County, no one would have mentioned it. It's in Mobile
As long as they have it facing I-65 northbound, then it could be construed as a legit, "Hey, we're here too" kinda deal. If it's facing I-10 east- or westbound, then it's a blatant recruiting ploy to get the Florida panhandle, southern Mississippi, and Louisiana talent...and sort of funny and desperate at the same time.
AU should just recruit from their home turf...north central Georgia and the Greater Tri-county area.

Where did you get that picture of Lil Nicky?

They stole the Tiger-Eyes from LSU. We have used the Eyes of the Tiger a lot longer than yall have. The eye in center of the field at Tiger Stadium and the double eyes on the majority of our posters for as long as I can remember.
