And with a break or two State just may pull the upset, because Ole Miss will be coming off a tough game against LSU where they will be amped up and after they lose to LSU it will be hard for them to Focus for State and the Egg Bowl.

WOW Pank! You remember the score of the egg bowl last year. I rembmer the year before it was 17-14 in Starkville where we have won the last 3 egg bowls played there. This years game should be a great game and nothing like last year. New Coach, New Attitude, new Era at Mississippi State.

But being serious. You would have to be an idiot to think that Mullen isn't an upgrade over Croom. The big question(respectable one) is how big of an upgrade he is and how long it will take him to adjust.

Ill be willing to bet State scores at least 2TDs in the Egg bowl this year, and averages over 22PPG for the season.

Not betting on that they won't, but they have A LOT to prove in their qb, OL, and defense this year.
Based on that alone, I say that those goals are better suited for 2010 and would say the exact same if my team was in that situation.

I don't know seems like a game Ole Miss could lay an egg in. I still don't see how you guys lost to Texas Tech and Memphis in 03. Even with the LSU loss you guys might have made a BCS bowl.
