Why would u ask ? Comparing anything vs. bama is an exercise in futility. A Bammer would pick their starting 22 over the 78 steelers (with a time machine).They are the college version of "The Superfans". Saban was washed in the blood of Bear.

Why not? You alwaysttake away all those yards LSU gained running the option.

Sacks count as negative rush yards and you got a few late. Plus Vlachos was always shite in run blocking and he kept getting his arse kicked, thus forcing Richardson backwards. Trent had, err, 99 or 97 yards at one point before Vlachos and the TEs bitched out.

I'd imagine so. Mingo/Sam/Bennie will all be first round picks, KeKe and Montgomery should be Top 7 picks imo. Freak is a second rounder imo, whereas Edwards and Downs are 5th rounders, again imo.
Your Linebackers, ehhh, not great, but they're good.
For us we've got Williams, Mosley, and Nico who could find their way into the first round. I don't think all three will, it depends on a few different factors. Williams needs to have a full season of putting good pressure on the QB from the inside, and Nico needs to prove he is better than Te'o. Mosley is projected at OLB at the next level, and that sounds about right. I don't know how he is at rushing the passer, but he's quick. He could slip in, but it's tough to say for sure that he can. He is definitely a first round talent though.
If Hubbard turns out to be what we think he can be, he may be a future first round pick, but we haven't seen enough of him to say that without it being entirely speculation. Overall, I'll say this :
LSU has the best 43 DL in the nation, probably the best DL in the nation.
Bama has arguably the best 34 DL in the nation, and I know UGA has a better staarting three, but we're deeper on the DL.
Bama's LBs are better than LSU's, but your front 7 will probably play better.

I take them away when we're talking about LSU outrushing Bama. Yeah, you did it with the option, but that doesn't mean your OL is better, and it doesn't mean your run game is better. A lot of teams outrushed both of our teams, and they don't have a better OL.
