Blue blood is just a historical label that doesn't really mean shite. You don't get extra money to spend every year for it, you don't get extra recruiting slots, you don't get extra points per game.
It's just a list of schools that were most popular at the start of the modern era and basically built the sports popularity. That's it.
If you want to make a list of top performing teams over that past X years, feel free. I'm sure LSU will do pretty well in them. But it's not a list of blue bloods, it's a list of top performance teams over the past X years.
