Used to be, the coach was your only connection to the sport. And he had no problem calling you a little shite. Now, your mom runs the show and puts you on Facebook/Tik Tok. Causes these dipshits to think they’re ARod when they’re like 12.

I coached and was a board member of an elite travel organization in Tennessee founded in the 70's. It was a club that most of the best kids wanted to make. Something changed in the 90's.The moms were always an issue. We'd lay out the rules at the beginning of the season to try to nip it in the bud, but the problem festered. The internet made it worse.
