That's why he's a winner. Willing to put his entire body on the line every play.
We missed that dawg mindset and attitude very badly last year because Joe Milton is basically naturally stoned every day...he's just too chill and passive in comparison.

I really hope Hendont recovers and does well quickly since he getting up there in age compared to other NFL QBs. I kinda like the Lions.

Yes. He trucked an NFL LBer. He then went out of the game with a concussion. Do you think it is a good move career wise to do that?

Even if Derrick Henry tried to do that very often it would shorten his career. RBs have one of the shortest lifespans in the NFL because of the punishment they take. It's just not a good way for a QB make a living.
I for one like Hooker. I think he was an excellent QB in college and he might become an excellent QB in the NFL. But he won't get a chance to if he takes punishment like that very often.

I hope he (Hooker) is fine. But Robert Griffin III was a great QB, too, until his career was cut short for taking on NFL LBers.
