Recruits don't care about "before Bowden" and to be quite honest, neither does anyone else. They've been the better program both since 1980 (year I was born), and over the last 18 years (year of birth for recruits).
Your point about a rape being covered up for Jameis who won the Heisman, tell me all about squeaky clean Scam Newton.
Yes FSU is the better and more relevant program. You admitted they have more Natty's and Heisman's, which proves my point altogether.

The Bobby Bowden being there a long time was a point about the stability of their program compared to Auburn's. It's not even close, they are FAR more stable. Again, FSU is easily the better program by any stretch of the imagination.

The NCAA did the most thorough investigation in their history and ended up complimenting AUs compliance. Need more info ?

Wasn't this the guy who stole a laptop and was kicked off of Florida's team? Yes. Come on man, the guy was questionable at best....AT BEST. Let's not go throwing stones at FSU when your house is made of glass.

So rape vs. a stolen laptop
I see where your morals are!

Nowhere did I say they were one in the same. They're both wrong. Again, don't throw stones when you live in a glass house. Auburn has had more than their fair share of "highly questionable" incidents over the years.
Staying on topic, FSU is the better program no matter how you slice it.

Prosch was an eligible receiver and he was making contact with a defender 5 yards down field. Mosley was not able to get to Marshall and Alabama’s defensive back had to come up to try to make the tackle on Marshall, who passed over his head to a wide-open Coates.
I stand corrected. He was 5 downfield and he was apparently legal.

Tim Williams and Cam Robinson say hello.

You can slice it a million ways and find plenty of places Auburn is better, but you are just so jaded against AU you refuse to see it.

Where did I say Bama was clean. Show me that please.

You talked about glass houses and then start throwing rocks.

Nah, it's just true. Plain facts. Having more Natty's and Heisman Trophies makes it a done deal all by itself. Having more fertile recruiting grounds and an easier road to the National Title just hammers it home.

I said a poster accused Jameis of being a rapist which was covered up to win the Heisman. And? Show me a big time program that doesn't have some players in legal trouble. You're reaching now, deflecting because the facts defeat you badly.

Is this what Chizik sounded like post-Cam? Jimbo desperately checking juvie courts for the next Jameis.
