A few hours ago there was so much push-back happening ... it wasn't a done deal. The fight against it was still underway.

Now it appears like perhaps it's a done deal.

Very disappointing.

I don't see it being officially announced anywhere .... yet. Perhaps Amiridis is having second thoughts. Who knows. He certainly got an earful tonight.
